Share Holders Analysis and Investor Relations system

A universal computerised database enquiry and reporting system, which monitors and reports on information about the number of shares held by institutions and individuals within the client company.

Developed for a leading international investment bank, this system is now in its ninth successful year of use by many clients of the bank.

We have built up a strong relationship over the years with the users of the system and continue to have regular contact with them. The system is continually enhanced and improved to meet clients' changing requirements.

Built using Visual Basic, Delphi and MS Access.


Corporate Finance Investor Relations

A bespoke system designed to help manage Investor Relations Programmes for corporate clients. This easy to use multi-user system lets Investor Relations teams:

  • arrange meetings within a programme
  • work out whom to invite to a meeting
  • arrange logistics and bookings
  • establish who from management will be attending
  • identify shareholders/potential shareholders to be invited
  • record post-meeting feedback from those attending
  • enable other executives using the utility to see at a glance how many meetings have been arranged for particular clients as well as details about them
  • adjust the programme at any stage.
  • generate Word and Excel documents, including invitations, faxes, e-mails, management reports and letters.

Based on Weblogic 5.1 Application Server / Netscape LDAP server using Jbuilder 4 & 5, Oracle 8i.
Uses DHTML, Javascript, Servlets, Java Server Pages and Enterprise Java Beans
Developed on NT workstations and tested on our Sun server before implementation on client site.


Special Dealing Facility System

An 'in-house' PC based client/server application that helps process and complete a share sell / buy order directly it is received from an applicant.

The system conforms to CREST Settlements System Standards, and provides an easy to use, logical interface to the user. The user interface is configurable so that only the functionality of the system that is required by the role of the user is exposed.

As well as the facility to enter buy/sell orders, the system also captures company details, verifies orders, captures trade information, produces market and settlement details. And of course it outputs all the appropriate documents and reports.

Built using Visual Basic and MS SQL Server.
